Do you keep my recordings?
No. Audio is discarded right after transcription; the text stays on your own computer.
Can it skip punctuation?
Yes, three switches in Settings: turn off auto punctuation for plain text with none at all; turn off ending periods to keep commas but drop the final period; turn off auto lists to keep everything in one paragraph.
Which languages work?
Chinese and English, including mixed sentences. The interface is bilingual too.
Is 1 hour enough?
Only time you actually speak counts — pauses and silence are free. An hour is roughly 9,000 words — enough for a month of casual use; daily users will want the 10-hour pack.
Do purchased minutes expire?
No. Purchased minutes stay in your account until you use them. The free hour resets on the same day each month (counted from your signup) and don't roll over.
How is time counted?
While you hold the key, only the parts with actual speech count — pauses and silence are cut out automatically. Billed by the second; nothing is charged if nothing is recognized.
